• Standard ropes (8×7+FC): this construction consists of eight strands, each comprising seven wires, and a fiber core (FC – Fibre Core) that provides flexibility. They are ideal for applications that require a certain amount of flexibility without sacrificing robustness. The fiber core supports flexibility, which is particularly important for manure removal ropes that are regularly guided through deflections.
• Special ropes (6x19S+FC): This construction consists of six strands, each made up of 19 wires. It offers increased flexibility and improved tensile strength, making it ideal for applications subject to higher mechanical loads. The additional stability is particularly beneficial for larger manure removal systems or where there is greater wear and tear.

For particularly harsh operating conditions, we offer galvanized wire ropes with a polypropylene (PP) coating.
