Edelstahlseile dehnen sich unter Zugbelastung und können sich bei Temperaturschwankungen minimal ausdehnen oder zusammenziehen. - 1x19-Seile haben eine sehr geringe Dehnung, da sie besonders steif sind. - 7x7- und 7x19-Seile sind flexibler und dehnen sich etwas stärker, was bei der Spanntechnik berücksichtigt werden muss. Da sich Drahtseile über die Zeit leicht setzen können, empfehlen wir die Verwendung von Spannsystemen, um eine gleichbleibende Seilspannung zu gewährleisten. Our black wire ropes are dyed using a special chemical process that ensures a uniform and durable coating. This coloring is particularly resistant to abrasion so that the steel wire ropes retain their black appearance even under intensive use. Nevertheless, natural wear can occur depending on the conditions of use – we will be happy to advise you on suitable protective measures and alternatives for particularly heavy-duty use.

Is black wire rope suitable for outdoor use?

Black wire ropes have limited corrosion resistance and are therefore not suitable for outdoor use.
